Description
The dried bark of the tree is used. The outer part of the bark has a cork layer and is grayish in color. The smell is strong and special, the taste is sweet and bitter. It is a good additive to chocolate. It has antiseptic, appetizing and liver strengthening properties. It is used in lamb, kebabs, roast beef, various sauces, milk and rice desserts, chocolate and fruit cakes, pastries, cream, pancakes, compote, boza, salep, tarts and herbal teas. Storage Conditions Store in a cool, dry and moisture-free place away from sunlight. Consume the purchased product within 2 years. Prefer ceramic jars that are not exposed to sunlight.
