Description
CURRY (Small Package) Curry is a spice obtained by mixing many spices. It is widely used in India and Southeast Asia. Its freshness is preserved by storing it in cool, dry and dark places. It usually contains turmeric, garlic powder, sweet red chili powder, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, fenugreek, ginger, black pepper, mustard and muska. The most common dish where curry spice is used is pilaf. Curry pilaf appeals both to the eye with its yellow color and to the palate with the flavor of the spice. It can be used in both bulgur pilaf and rice pilaf. It is used in fried chicken, meat and vegetable dishes. You can also prepare a mixture of curry yogurt, lemon juice and garlic and make a sauce on red meat or chicken dishes. Storage Conditions Store in a cool, dry and moisture-free place away from sunlight. Consume the purchased product within 2 years. Prefer ceramic jars that are not exposed to sunlight. Does not contain preservatives.
